Are your rice cooker inner pans BPA-free?
Yes, all surfaces that come into contact with food in our rice cookers, including the non-stick coated inner pans, are made with food-safe materials and are BPA-free.
What is your return policy for unused products?
You may return any unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do Zojirushi products come with a warranty?
Most Zojirushi products carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase. Vacuum insulation on specific thermal carafes and mugs may carry a longer five-year warranty.
