We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zojirushi purchase; if you are not, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to locate your order number and select the specific items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused product in its original Zojirushi box, including all manuals, accessories, and the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
